We're partnering with a globally recognised entertainment brand to recruit an Interim Data & Insights Strategy Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the evolution of data-driven marketing, helping teams unlock actionable insights and maximise campaign performance across a portfolio of world-class content.

You'll act as the bridge between Marketing and Data teams, translating business challenges into data-led solutions while driving the adoption of self-service reporting and best-in-class analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and development of marketing reporting and insights.
  • Own and enhance Tableau dashboards and self-service reporting capabilities.
  • Work with multiple data sources to deliver meaningful, actionable business insights.
  • Partner with Marketing, Media, Social and Data teams to improve campaign performance and measurement.
  • Drive the first-party data strategy across CRM, web analytics and organic social.
  • Define KPI frameworks and use analytics to optimise marketing investment.
  • Champion data literacy by training stakeholders and promoting data-driven decision making.
  • Support data governance, privacy and best practice across the business.

 

About You

  • Proven experience in data, analytics or marketing insights.
  • Strong Tableau expertise with experience creating dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Experience working with marketing data and digital campaigns.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable translating business requirements into data projects.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake, Datorama, SQL or APIs is advantageous.
