We're working with a leading global entertainment and retail brand, looking for a digital content coordinator to join their team for an initial 3 month contract. You will be supporting the delivery of high-quality product imagery & video content across its e-commerce platforms in North America and EMEA.

Working as part of a fast-paced media operations team, this role blends project coordination, content management, and light creative work, making it ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and an interest in digital retail.

You will play a key role in ensuring product content is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time for launches across multiple online storefronts and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product imagery & video assets, ensuring all content meets brand and quality standards
  • Review and approve assets submitted by vendors and external partners
  • Upload and manage product media across internal systems and platform
  • Track launch calendars and manage multiple projects at a time
  • Proactively follow up with teams and stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate the shipment of product samples for photography
  • Track sample movement and ensure timely returns
  • Perform regular website checks to identify and resolve media issues
  • Carry out basic image editing tasks such as resizing and light retouching

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Background in a digital, retail, or creative environment preferred
  • Strong organisational skills, accompanied with a keen eye for detail
  • Basic proficiency in image editing (e.g. Adobe Photoshop)
