We're recruiting for a Mid-Weight Video Editor to join a fast-growing international sports and entertainment organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to create engaging content for a globally recognised sports brand, producing social-first content, YouTube videos, broadcast features, paid media, event content, brand campaigns and commercial partnerships. You'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced creative team where storytelling, creativity and delivering high-quality content at pace are key.

You'll own projects from brief through to delivery, editing everything from short-form social content and reels to long-form documentaries, promotional films and broadcast assets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys crafting compelling stories, experimenting with creative techniques and thrives in a hands-on production environment.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Editing short and long-form content for social media, YouTube, digital marketing, broadcast and live events.
  • Crafting engaging stories through strong pacing, narrative structure and sound design.
  • Creating platform-specific edits across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
  • Producing motion graphics, captions and graphics using existing templates.
  • Repurposing content across multiple formats, aspect ratios and audiences.
  • Managing media, organising footage and maintaining efficient post-production workflows.
  • Working closely with producers, designers and marketing teams to develop creative concepts and deliver high-quality content.
  • Creating sizzle reels, promotional videos, B-roll packages and branded content for partners and commercial campaigns.
  • Testing creative approaches and using performance insights to optimise content.

You'll bring:

  • 2-4 years' experience editing video content in a fast-paced agency, production company, sports, media or brand environment.
  • An outstanding showreel demonstrating social-first content, YouTube, branded content and campaign editing.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • A strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design and motion graphics.
  • Experience creating content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge of post-production workflows, media management and delivery specifications.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail and an interest in emerging editing tools and AI workflows.
  • Experience working within sport, entertainment or consumer brands would be advantageous.
