Senior Ads Operations Solutions Specialist

Location: London (hybrid)

We're looking for a Senior Ads Operations Solutions Specialist to join a global leader in streaming and entertainment on an initial 6-month contract, based in London.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Ad Ops / Ad Tech professional who enjoys getting into the detail, troubleshooting complex ad delivery issues and working closely with Product and Engineering. You'll support UAT and product launches, manage BPO/vendor operations, identify automation opportunities and help influence processes across global teams. If you have a strong understanding of the wider ad-tech ecosystem and enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

You'll play a key role in keeping advertising campaigns running smoothly and helping improve the systems and processes behind them.

Manage campaign setup, trafficking, QA, monitoring, pacing and troubleshooting.
Investigate complex campaign delivery and quality issues and work with Product and Engineering to resolve them.
Act as a technical escalation point for external/BPO vendors, reviewing their work and identifying recurring issues.
Test new advertising products, platform features and commercial formats as part of UAT and product launches.
Identify opportunities to automate or simplify operational processes.
Support reporting and analysis around campaign quality, efficiency and performance.
Help maintain training materials, processes and documentation for internal and external teams.
Work closely with Account Management, Product, Engineering, Ads Policy and external partners to keep campaigns running effectively.

What we're looking for

You'll ideally have 5/6 + years' experience in Ad Operations, Ad Tech or a similar advertising operations environment, with strong hands-on experience across the campaign lifecycle.

Essential:

Strong understanding of ad trafficking and campaign operations.
Experience with campaign setup, creative QA, monitoring, pacing and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with ad servers, advertising platforms, CRM/OMS or campaign management tools.
Experience investigating technical campaign issues and escalating bugs to Product or Engineering.
Experience working with external vendors, BPO or offshore teams, including QA and issue escalation.
Excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in how advertising technology works.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and taking ownership of problems.
Background in streaming, media, entertainment or digital advertising. Experience working across international teams and time zones.

Nice to have:

Experience with UAT, product testing or launching new ad tech features.
